The Allen Christmas Nativity Exhibit 2018

Come celebrate the birth of our Savior at the Allen Nativity Exhibit November 29, 30 and December 1. This display has been an Allen tradition for years, and if you haven’t been to it, you won’t want to miss it this year!

The Nativity Exhibit is a celebration of the birth of Christ through art and music. Hundreds of nativities from residents of Allen, Lucas, Fairview, and Parker will be on display, representing countries throughout the world. Many of these are one of a kind items that can only be seen during this event.

New to the exhibit will be the art walk, where visitors can view the life of Christ through the eyes of great works of art by ancient masters as well as contemporary artists.

Featured this year is an array of rare books and bibles as well as other historical artifacts owned by former Allen resident and book collector, Reid Moon.

Another new addition is the children’s stable. Children and families can visit the manger and dress up as shepherds, wise men, Mary and Joseph and explore life in ancient Bethlehem.

Live musical performances will be scheduled throughout the event presented by a wide variety of local churches, schools and musicians.
